BeTalent is a brand of BeDebate, S.L.U., the controller of the data you provide on this website. For any privacy question you can write to rpd@betalent.io.
If you write to us through the contact form: name, email, institution, role and any message you add. If you take the assessment and request the report: also your answers and your score. With your request we also store the page you sent it from and the channel through which you reached the website (for example a search engine or LinkedIn).
To answer your request, prepare the diagnostic you ask for and send you related information. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). We do not make automated decisions about you, sell your data or use it for advertising.
If we do not end up working together, we delete your data 12 months after our last contact. If a service relationship starts, we keep it for as long as it lasts and for the applicable legal periods. You can ask us to delete it earlier at any time.
We do not share your data with third parties. It is stored on our own server, which only our team can access with a password and two-factor authentication. The server hosting provider acts as a data processor. We do not use external analytics, advertising or form services.
We count visits in aggregate on our own server: page views, traffic channel and number of visitors. We do not use tracking cookies or store your IP address. To count unique visitors we compute an encrypted identifier that changes every day and is deleted the next day, so you cannot be recognised from one day to the next. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal, we do not compute that identifier.
We only use strictly necessary technical cookies: the session cookie and the one that protects forms against forged submissions (CSRF). They are required for the website to work and do not need consent.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to rpd@betalent.io. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.
